OUR FULFILLMENT PHILOSOPHY

Founder Kent McKeaigg grew up watching his dad sell sporting goods using paper order forms. He saw that paper order forms lead to hassle, chaos, and missed opportunities, and he knew there had to be a better way. That prompted him to start OrderMyGear, a technology company specifically designed to handle group orders, paid individually online. As Kent and the TGF team watched sales reps increase their online orders and new problems arose, they knew the fulfillment process could be easier for a sales rep.

Our Story

Team Gear Flow was born out of an idea that the fulfillment of custom apparel in the sporting goods industry could be faster and easier. Customers are uninterested in waiting weeks for their products to arrive. Sporting goods dealers are burdened by the chaos that is fulfilling group orders, paid individually. Using custom built technology and state of the art machinery, we are on a mission to solve those problems. Our leadership team has a background in technology and team sports, and we think we are onto something.
